Radio Caroline (1988–2000)
I was invited to join Radio Caroline in 1987, my debut was delayed when the Ross Revenge’s 300‑foot mast collapsed in the North Sea. I finally reached the ship in November 1988, presenting on the 558 service and remaining aboard for the station’s 25th anniversary and the infamous August 1989 Dutch police/UK Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) raid.

Through the 1990s I worked behind the scenes as UK licensee for Caroline’s Dover and Blackwater broadcasts, secured the station’s first satellite licence, and won the ‘Radio Caroline’ trademark against stiff opposition from EMI/Virgin Records. I helped found the Ross Revenge Support Group (RRSG) and revived the Radio Caroline Club to keep supporters connected.

Other Radio
Radio Cracker Cheam (Surrey). Restricted Service Licenced (RSL) operated for 4-weeks before Christmas. (two consecutive years – early 90s) Presenter on weekday morning shows.

RNI (Radio for New Infants), Bromley, South London.
Evening presenter for charity RSL for 4-weeks in 1993.

Since 2018, I have presented shows on this online radio station that streams to various international outlets.

CPR FM/UK
I joined CPR FM in October 2021 when it was an online station and have been with it through its various stages of expansion to the present DAB.
